The ArtLink@Sotheby's International Young Art program pioneered the trend of appreciating, collecting and promoting works by young yet unknown artists worldwide.

Launched by ArtLink in 1996, and developed together with Sotheby’s since 1997, the program was the first to expose young artists and their works as part of the international contemporary art scene.

With artists selected from over 150 art academies in forty-four countries, the program introduced art enthusiasts to the vibrant hitherto unfamiliar scene of international young art.
