Born in South Korea in 1960. Won-Gil obtained his BA in teaching of Fine Arts at the Junnam University and his MFA at the Chelsea College of Art and Design in the UK. He has been a teacher in the Department of Fine Arts at the Hunnan University and at the SDCC Art Institute in Suwon, Korea. Won-Gil's works have been featured in several solo and numerous group exhibitions both in Korea and the UK.
