Izabela Kowalczyk b. 1975
Born in Poland, Izabela graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Lodz in June 2002. In 2000 she participated in the Second Biennale organized by the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznan, as well as spending two months at the Academy of Fine Arts in Stuttgart, Germany. In 2001 she won the Strzeminski prize which followed an exhibition in the Academy of Fine Arts in Lodz.
